  • How do I register for BOUNZ?

    BOUNZ app can be downloaded from the app & play store. Once downloaded you will be guided through the registration process. You can also become a member of BOUNZ by registering your mobile phone with one of our Partners at checkout. You will receive an SMS to guide you afterwards to install BOUNZ app and complete your registration process.

  • Your BOUNZ balance will appear on the top right in the home screen, when you open the app. You can also check the balance and details of transaction on the My Account screen, and you may also access this information by logging into your account on our website.

  • Your BOUNZ balance usually will get updated within 48 hours of making a collection or redemption transaction. With some partners this could take up to 60 days based on their return policy. If your balance does not update within 60 days, please contact our helpdesk at 04-506 5353 for further assistance.

  • If you forgot to give your mobile number to the cashier, you can still claim your BOUNZ by sending us an email to support@BOUNZ.ae attaching a copy of your receipt within 48 hours of transaction date. This will be subject to the respective partner terms & conditions.

  • BOUNZ can be redeemed by providing your registered mobile number on checkout in a partner outlet. Or you can redeem directly in BOUNZ app for travel products, gift cards and on our eShop.

  • Yes, you can use BOUNZ to part pay for a redemption at our Partners and in the BOUNZ app.

  • You will earn BOUNZ when you redeem for the cash value you pay on top of the BOUNZ redeemed, during your purchase.

  • BOUNZ points will expire within 24 months from date of issuance into your account.
