BOUNZ is a lifestyle rewards loyalty program with retail partners in all industries. Customers are encouraged to join the program and earn BOUNZ on all their purchases. Members can spend and redeem their BOUNZ anywhere within the partner network and receive immediate rewards.
You can download the app via the App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery. New members can register, and the existing members log in into the app. Through the “My account” section you can manage your profile, such as updating personal details, marketing preferences or reviewing your transaction history.
You will be guided through the registration process once you have installed the mobile application. You can also join BOUNZ by registering your mobile number with select partners at the time of purchase. You will receive an SMS with instructions on how to install the BOUNZ app and complete your registration.
BOUNZ members earn rewards on every purchase which can be redeemed across all participating partners stores instantly on your next purchase across 20+ brands.
Your BOUNZ profile is created based on information you provide during sign-up. You can view or edit your profile anytime on the app under My Account, in the ‘My Profile’ section. To view or edit your profile information, click on pen icon on the top right corner. Click on the information you would like to change, after all changes have been made click the update button to save.
Members can spend and earn BOUNZ anywhere within the partner network. To claim BOUNZ on your purchases you must present your barcode, membership number or registered mobile number, as requested at checkout.
BOUNZ will be credited to your account as soon as the partner sends your transaction details to us. This varies from 1 hour to 1 month
You can redeem BOUNZ by presenting barcode or membership number at checkout across selected partners. Or you can redeem directly on the BOUNZ app for purchasing travel products, mobile recharges and gift cards.
If you forgot to claim BOUNZ at the time of checkout, you can still claim your BOUNZ by sending us an email at support@BOUNZ.ae attaching a copy of your receipt within 48 hours of transaction date. This will be subject to the respective partner terms & conditions.
All BOUNZ earned will expire within 24 months from date of issuance into your account.
Yes, you can use BOUNZ to part pay for redemption at our Partners and in the BOUNZ app.
